Taste profile from the winemaker: "A zingy wine that features tropical fruit and melon notes highlighted by subtle grassy characters. The crisp acidity and bright fruit make it easy to pair with a wide variety of food. This wine is at its best if enjoyed within one year of release, but should be able to age in the bottle for up to two years."

ABC Wines review: Citrus and green apple are the characteristic aromas of this wine. The palate is smooth, somewhat creamy, and a bit sweet. The finish starts nicely, crisp with a mild acidity, but ends with a somewhat unpleasant aftertaste. Not a good wine as an aperitif but should do well with mildly acidic dishes. A fine everyday wine if available at much less than the price we paid. Our score: Average.
