Taste profile from the winemaker: "Fresh and flinty gooseberry aromas, a lean elegant body and a crisp mineral finish."

ABC Wines review: This French table white wine is presented in an unusual dark brown bottle. It has a fresh citrus and gooseberry fragrance. Very smooth on the palate, the aromas carry through to the flavors which are accompanied by a mineral crispness. The finish is somewhat acidic and dissipates very quickly. This is a wine best served with a meal but not alone or as an aperitif. Our score: On the high side of Average.
