Taste profile from the winemaker: "Offers delicate aromas of pear, honeysuckle and lemon zest. The texture is fresh and clean, with graceful flavors of apricot, honey, melon and nutty spice. Natural sweetness is harnessed by brisk acidity for a refreshingly balanced off-dry finish."

ABC Wines review: Soft aromas of honey and tropical fruit are evident upon pouring. Quite sweet, but not cloyingly so, this riesling has a lot of body. The flavors are reasonably well-balanced and there is a somewhat unexpected, and rather pleasant, dry and tart citrus finish. Though too strong to be served as an aperitif, this wine can be nicely paired with barbeque or spicy dishes. Our score: Average to Above average.
