Taste profile from the winemaker: "Typical Sauvignon Blanc characteristics but leaning more to the tropical notes. The palate weight is lovely in conjunction with the acidity."

ABC Wines review: This wine has aromas of tropical fruits and gooseberry, with notes of fresh vegetables like bell pepper. The palate is of medium body and has similar flavors with the addition of some grassiness typical of this varietal. The relatively long finish lacks complexity but is otherwise acceptable. Though priced a bit on the high side, a nice wine to serve with a wide variety of poultry dishes. Our score: Above Average.
