Taste profile from the winemaker: "A consistent favorite with the critics, this pale yellow-green wine has an intense and floral nose, with aromas of lime and pineapple. On the palate, it is fresh, well-structured and shows a lively acidity, with a long, pleasant finish."
ABC Wines review: This sauvignon blanc is packaged in an interesting frosted white bottle. The aromas are of citrus, primarily lemon, and tropical fruit, notably pineapple. The palate is refreshingly tart, not unlike a freshly made lemonade. The finish is long and smooth with an added mineral briskness. Extremely versatile, this wine can easily be paired with a wide variety of cuisines but would probably best be served with light lunches. Our score: Attractively priced, this is a fine everyday wine. Above Average, nearly Excellent.
